Realms of the Liminal

域限的跳接

Created following poetic intuition in response to artist GUO Donglai's solo exhibition “Infinite Things” and the curated artistic venue.

The library, maps, The Garden of Forking Paths, and other images from Jorge Luis Borges’ novels have always been deeply captivating. This time, by slowly ruminating on the curatorial concept’s reference to El Aleph, I attempt to let traces of sensation seep through—touching on the future, nature, and the remnants of civilization. At the same time, I play with the shifting of perspectives, the interplay of illusion and reality, and the pleasures and ruptures of sudden cuts and transitions.
